I have especially enjoyed the exposure to the wealth of helpful and professional-grade information that is available via accessing blogs. I have typically thought of a blog as more of a personal form of expression and communication, but the activities of the recent weeks have enlightened me to the more productive means of using a blog – not to mention they’re pretty convenient for sharing information with your peers and other members of the teaching community.
While I do agree with Peter that there is some overlap in the content of the classes in the M.Ed. curriculum, I see this as a positive attribute. I think that having the opportunity for overlap facilitates a natural reinforcing of the concepts that we’ve learned thus far as well as a seamless integration with the new information that we’re being exposed to.

Santisha,
ReplyDeleteGreat use of words, "reinforcing", that is exactly what we do in the classroom with our students so I assume that is what is going on in the M.Ed program.
